Rowan + funny hats

Rowan really doesn't seem to mind wearing hats, but he does like to swivel his head a lot and quickly.  I noted today that he kind of looks like a deranged owl when he really gets going. (I'm going to look here! Now here! Now here!)  So sometimes they fall off.  And sometimes we manage to snap a quick picture:
